Deb is responsible for the marketing and leasing of Oxford Property Management’s nearly 1,000,000 SF portfolio. Additionally, she directs public relations and the company’s web presence for both Bluestone and Oxford Companies.

Deb brings nearly two decades of leadership success in marketing positions in the public and private sectors plus nine years representing tenants and landlords in commercial real estate transactions. For the past five years, she managed marketing and property lease transactions for a 4 million square feet portfolio through Bluestone Realty Advisors. Prior to that, Deb was Marketing Director for the Ann Arbor Grubb & Ellis operations. She has also developed and executed marketing programs for several multi-discipline departments at the University of Michigan and managed advertising sales and art production for machine tool building and surveying publications.

Deb Pearson holds a BFA from the University of Michigan and completed graduate coursework in Marketing, Management and Organizational Development at UM and Eastern Michigan University graduate schools.
