In addition to golf instruction, Mr. Rutan managed the hiring and training for all the outside operation programs, shared the responsibility for merchandizing and purchasing, and focused on providing outstanding customer service. Previously he worked as an associate with NBC's Entertainment Press and Publicity in New York City.
A life-long Ann Arbor resident, Mr. Rutan has a great respect for the community and brings solid net-working and communication skills to Bluestone. He employs an aggressive marketing approach where he targets and contacts hundreds of users in the greater Ann Arbor area through phone contact, email and direct mail promotion. His commitment to providing exceptional service is fundamental to his success.
Mr. Rutan graduated from Denison University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Studio Art. He was also a four year member of the Denison University Golf Team.
